MEDITATION IS MY MEDICATION! A lot of us are out of tune with our vibrations and body. The instant something feels wrong, the majority of us reach for assistance from prescriptions, medications, going to the doctor for the answers, and etc.
Although those may help, they mostly act as a band-aid to issues that will most likely continue to grow within us if we don't start with our mindset. We must pay attention to the signals our bodies are telling us- "Hey! I am not at ease, because of what you've been doing, I am now manifesting THIS physical feeling/emotion."
By quieting the mind in meditation, we can let the solutions come to us, we can remember that our bodies can heal themselves because we have that much power, if only we believe in it. *I do not suggest meditation substitution for medication to those that do not believe in its capabilities. For only those that practice this mindset can achieve the great benefits physically, spiritually, and emotionally.
Meditation to me; is healing. I believe our minds are connected to a grand source of power and if there is belief in that, then truly there must be belief in knowing we can use that power to heal our bodies. To accept and understand that we are divine love and light, we should live nothing less than a wonderful life full of experiences!
