Jacqueline Boxx is the only Baltimore burlesque performer who brings her wheelchair, her canes, and her leg braces on stage and makes them both visible and enticing. Her acts express her experience with chronic pain and limited mobility, and she strives to bring attention through glamour and spectacle to disability. She is: Miss Disa-burly-TEASE!
And (at least for now) you can get her silhouette on a shirt! For your body! Whatever body that may be!
Jacqueline is proud to be a protege of the incredible Gabriella Maze for the 2017 Golden Legend Champion Challenge (GLCC), where she will compete in Colorado Springs from August 11-13th. Her fundraising efforts support the travel and accommodation for burlesque legends, the performers who paved the way for modern burlesque. ALL proceeds from ANY purchase of these silhouette shirts before August 5th will be passed on to the legends.
