On 12-5-16, Tygh was diagnosed with Krabbe Disease, a genetic disease. He was flown to Duke University immediately for treatment. Treatment is expensive and all proceeds will go directly to helping Tygh. The DeRossett family is sacrificing much out of their love for Tygh. Brothers Helping Brothers give these grants to any small or rural fire department in the United States.
