After the 2016 presidential election, we were upset. We saw ourselves with a new president whose ideals and plans did not align with ours. We, like many others, wondered, why and how did this happen? 

We decided to put effort towards something that most everyone can do, across political, social, and environmental divides. We can run. On April 1st, a group of women will be running at the Raleigh Rock N' Roll Half Marathon and 5k. Other groups of women will be getting together across the country, and hopefully the world, to spread the word.
