MEDITATE! It's a phenomenal practice wouldn't you say? A nice moment, a calming state, an opportunity to be still- mind open- thoughts gone. I believe quieting the mind is essential to our way of being. We must purposely take time to let our stresses release, to thank all for being all, to self-love, and to let the answers come.
